A fresh instalment of Junior Jam returns for Spilt Milk 2024, our dedicated event which introduces experimental music to young audiences. This outing sees a special performance from Diarmuid MacDiarmada, who has been active in a plethora of activities for almost three decades as a composer, teacher, writer, visual artist and event-manager among many other things. His performances draw from a magic-bag of music, talk, workshop actions, absurdism and ritual.
For this year’s event, we invite young explorers into their own fun, sensory space starting with a flag-making session with printmaker Daniel Guest of Pulled. Following this, participants will then journey through sound creation and performance with Diarmuid MacDiarmada.
This event is for Ages 6+
