Warmer Climes is artist and musician, Taf Hassam. Co-founder of both Second Culture Press and the independent artist-run music venue, New Conditions, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Taf has been producing off the wall projects, both above and below ground, for over a decade. Based now in Sligo, since shortly before the apocalypse, Taf’s new solo music project, Warmer Climes, utilises both digital and analogue modes of repetitive melodies and rhythms, creating a multi-layered trance—an ecstatic mental space, where we can collectively contemplate our impending destruction.
